Job description

The CPFR Senior Analyst plays a critical role in driving customer and company supply chain performance through best-in-class forecasting, purchase order management, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for managing replenishment strategies and demand forecasts at the item level throughout the product lifecycle. The role leverages Cacique Foods’ Integrated Commercial Planning processes and customer-specific systems to ensure optimal performance., * Compile, analyze, and clearly communicate findings from large datasets across Retail Link, Scintilla, and internal demand planning and forecasting systems to generate actionable insights for Sales and Supply Chain teams.

  • As a trusted partner to both internal teams and key customers (Walmart and Sam’s Club), balance service levels, inventory management, and demand planning objectives while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain
  • Lead customer replenishment strategies to optimize in-stock levels, inventory, fill rates, and overall supply chain KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, leading performance reviews, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements.
  • Manage cross-functional communication to identify forecast exceptions, mitigate risks, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze data and lead projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor demand trends and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of (5) five years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Replenishment, CPFR, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change
  • Experience working with Walmart and/or Sam’s Club replenishment and forecasting systems is preferred
  • This position is ideal for a candidate who has demonstrated ownership, influence, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
