STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an SAP Resource Scheduling (RSH) Subject Matter Expert (SME) on behalf of our client in Houston, Texas. This onsite opportunity is ideal for an experienced SAP professional with expertise in Resource Scheduling (RSH), workforce planning, and capacity management. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while expanding your expertise in a collaborative and dynamic environment., Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Resource Scheduling (RSH) solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions. Configure and optimize resource scheduling, workforce planning, and capacity management processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Support system integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities. Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues, providing timely resolution and ongoing support. Develop functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials. Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance scheduling efficiency and resource utilization. Participate in project planning and execution using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP Resource Scheduling (RSH). Strong knowledge of SAP Resource Planning, Workforce Scheduling, Resource Allocation, and Capacity Management. Experience participating in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects. Expertise in SAP configuration, business process mapping, and functional solution design. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Experience supporting testing, deployment, production support, and system stabilization. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating SAP Resource Scheduling with other SAP modules. SAP certification(s) are a plus. Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP transformation initiatives. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
