Onsite IT Technician

• Follow instructions from our remote support team
• Reset or replace in-room TV equipment as directed
• Clearly communicate what you see and experience onsite
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with hotel staff and, occasionally, hotel guests
• Reliably respond to phone calls and emails
• Maintain basic equipment inventory
• Basic Windows and computer knowledge (A laptop is sometimes required for onsite service)
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation

Schedule & Travel

Work is onsite and scheduled based on service needs. Hours may vary from week to week. Mileage is reimbursed for travel within our approved service radius, and approved parking expenses are reimbursed.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, comfortable with technology, and looking for flexible supplemental income.

We are looking for a reliable Onsite Support Contractor to support our accounts in the Virginia Beach area. No advanced IT experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable with technology, and able to follow instructions.

This is a flexible side opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income. Work typically averages 2-5 hours per week, depending on service needs. Pay is $40 per hour.

You will act as our onsite hands and eyes while working with our remote support team. Our team will initially guide you through troubleshooting and provide instructions to resolve issues. As you become familiar with our systems and equipment, you will be able to handle more tasks independently.
