Working Student Process Management (all genders)

• Contribute to an exciting implementation project focused on automating data flows within the Supply Chain
• Assist in the project management of strategic optimization initiatives across our Supply Chain Operations
• Support the onboarding process for new partners connecting to our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interface as well as monitoring existing data flows through EDI and our Partner Portal (Scayle)
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments as well as external stakeholders and suppliers
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) within our reporting dashboards
• Perform operational adjustments to the data conversion system and manage the underlying data structure
• Create and update comprehensive documentation to ensure long-term process stability and knowledge transfer, We take it as our responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, exactly as they are. • Precision in mapping material data and spotting discrepancies in supplier files
• Ability to explain technical data requirements and “AY standards” to external suppliers
• “Detective” mindset to fix EDI errors and track down missing product info
• Curiosity and skill in using Gemini to automate and improve data workflows
• A strong sense of responsibility when working with full access to the EDI interface
• Capability to maintain structure while handling large, messy datasets
• Staying focused and diligent during repetitive or complex data transformation tasks
• Very good German skills; good English skills in writing and speaking

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of Google Workspace
• Additional IT skills are a plus
