we needs candidates with more Technical depth in the SAFe framework, JIRA automation knowledge, and expertise in improving delivery performance. CRUISE LINE EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS HERE !! Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years experience as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success working in Scaled Agile frameworks
- Strong expertise in inter-team dependency management and cross-team coordination
- Advanced Jira expertise (dashboards, JQL, workflows, reporting)
- Proven ability to prepare teams for PI Planning and program-level execution
- Deep understanding of Agile metrics (flow, predictability, WIP, throughput)
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Preferred: SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC) or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting multiple teams or an ART
