Data Integration & Quality Specialist

The Data Integration & Quality Specialist will help build more consistent, reliable, and meaningful data practices across programs-supporting better decision-making, stronger compliance, and more effective service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, people, and purpose, and is motivated to turn data into insight and impact., You will work in an environment that values continuous improvement, cross-program collaboration, and thoughtful problem-solving. This position provides meaningful opportunities to build systems, strengthen staff capacity, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support long-term impact.

We are seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in data management, reporting, or program evaluation who brings both technical skill and a passion for using data to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with databases or case management systems such as Apricot, HMIS, or similar platforms, and a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems. This role requires someone who can translate data into meaningful insights and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences, including program staff and leadership. Experience in human services, housing, or nonprofit settings is essential, along with a solid understanding of performance measurement and KPI tracking. The successful candidate will also have experience in training or facilitation and a demonstrated ability to support and empower staff to adopt strong data practices and use systems effectively.
