Data Integration & Quality Specialist

The Data Integration & Quality Specialist will work closely with program teams to build more consistent, reliable, and meaningful data practices across programs-supporting better decision-making, stronger compliance, and more effective service delivery., This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals and families across our community. As the Data Integration & Quality Specialist, you will be able to influence how data is used across programs, helping to shape more effective, coordinated, and accountable services.

We are seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in data management, reporting, program operations, or program evaluation who brings both technical capability and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a human services, housing, or nonprofit setting and a demonstrated ability to support program teams in improving how data is collected, entered, and used., * Experience using a database, case management system, or program tracking system to support program operations, including data entry, reporting, and/or data quality improvement

• Demonstrated ability to identify and address data quality issues, inconsistencies, or gaps in program data
• Experience working directly with program staff or teams, including providing guidance, support, or training related to systems or processes
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with non-technical audiences, including translating data into actionable insights
• Experience with performance measurement, reporting, or KPI tracking in a program-based environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced, real-world setting

Experience with systems such as Apricot, HMIS, or similar platforms is preferred, along with experience in training or facilitation.
