Desktop/Tech Support II

• Configure printer SMTP settings via printer admin portals.
• Access and manage printers using IP addresses.
• Support migration of approximately 2,500 printers.
• Troubleshoot printer and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and weekly performance goals.
• Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel for communication and reporting.

• Experience in Desktop/Technical Support.
• Knowledge of printer administration and network printer configuration.
• Comfortable working with printer web interfaces and IP-based management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with Proofpoint (preferred, not required).
• Previous enterprise hardware deployment or migration experience.

Up to $35 an hour - Full-time, Contract
