Digital Product Owner

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in digital product ownership Proven track record of delivering successful operational and customer facing digital solutions. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-focused environment. Knowledge of retail and distribution business processes. Familiarity with ERP, POS, or ecommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Fusion, etc). Background in data-driven product management. Understanding of cooperative or member-owned business models. Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
