Program Manager SAP ERP Transformation - S/4 HANA, Ivalua/Workday

We are searching for a Senior Program Manager to lead an HR/Workday transformation.

These are Business transformation projects involving people, process, and technology components

This position requires consultant to be onsite two days per week in White Plains NY.

Role Description:

The successful resource will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and managing all HCM-related activities, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.

• Lead the workstream ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

• Ensure alignment between multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements

• Identify and document dependencies and ensure working teams and leadership are informed

• Ensure project plans, schedules, and status reports are maintained and updated.

• Coordinate and manage the activities of internal teams and external consultants

• Work closely with Change Management team to ensure engagement of various teams during implementation and ultimately successful adoption of the new ERP system by users

• Identify, mitigate and as necessary, escalate risks and issues

• Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Program Manager and other key stakeholders.

· Strong Program Management Capabilities with experience with Human Resources programs

· Workday Experience in a public sector is preferred

· ERP transformation or similar experience on large, cross functional enterprise program preferably working in the utility or government space

· PMP preferred.

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including formal presentation skills and ability to translate communications from technical to non-technical based on audience understanding.

· Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a consistent commitment and ability to work with diverse work groups and individuals

· Prior consulting experience preferred

· Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions.

· Ability to clearly document processes and create project workflows., * Bachelor’s (Required)

$80 - $95 an hour - Full-time, Contract, · Onsite for 2 days per week in NY is required!
