Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to both local and international colocation clients, handling requests via a web-based ticketing system for services like access requests, equipment troubleshooting, and order processing.
  • Perform regular facility walkthroughs, inspecting critical electrical and mechanical equipment, and logging readings to ensure proper operation and facility conditions.
  • Support customer deployments and facility expansions, including executing sales orders, preparing new customer environments, and assisting with rack & stack tasks.
  • Assist with physical security monitoring, managing access control, and handling client deliveries, including receiving, storing, and shipping packages.
  • Maintain detailed records of all facility activities, including incident logs, inventory management, and maintenance events, while ensuring professional, ethical interactions with customers, contractors, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; 2 years of experience in data centers or a related technical field. Industry certifications or an associate degree in a technical area are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of data center cooling and power systems is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite, with a commitment to maintaining a safety-first approach in all tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Overnight 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, 3 days on 4 days off/4 days on 3 days off. + shift differential
