Job description
- Set up and troubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, scanners, phones, and office technology.
- Support users with basic hardware and software issues across multiple clinic locations. Support internet, Wi-Fi, networks, devices, Outlook, calendars, shared accounts, and user access.
- Support telemedicine workflows, patient communication tools, and EMR workflows.
- Assist with dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, data tracking, and population health lists.
- Organize technology inventory and equipment assignments.
- Support onboarding/offboarding for employee technology access.
- Document IT processes, common fixes, and internal workflows.
- Assist with software tools, automations, and process-improvement projects.
Health Informatics and Data Support
- Patient lists, quality measures, care gap tracking, preventive care reports, and chronic disease registries.
- Medicare and Medicaid quality workflows.
- Dashboard maintenance, Excel or spreadsheet tracking, data cleanup, and workflow documentation.
- EMR-related process improvement and technology-enabled care delivery., * Staff have fewer technology barriers.
- New employees have working accounts and equipment.
- Technology issues are tracked and resolved.
- Dashboards and reports are better organized.
- Patient care workflows are supported by better systems.
- Leadership has better visibility into technology and data needs

Preferred Skills
- Computer hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Printer, scanner, monitor, workstation, Wi-Fi, router, switch, or access point support. Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, Teams, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Help desk or user support experience.
- Healthcare IT, EMR/EHR, AthenaOne, or telemedicine experience.
- Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL, Python, databases, AI, automation, or population health exposure.
