Job description
- Lead the cross-functional delivery of a wide range of technology initiatives using advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency management techniques.
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept through implementation.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to support the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to break down complex, cross-functional technology projects into prioritized and well-defined execution plans.
- Provide clear visibility into project status, progress, and key metrics for stakeholders.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues, and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and successfully deliver multiple technology initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
