AI Implementation Engineer

• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases: Partner with businesses to build and manage a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases
• Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows
• Develop prompts, structured workflows, and lightweight tools to automate business processes
• System integration
• Connect AI workflow with core systems (HHAeX, Newton Smart, Snowflake)
• Ensure AI safety through controlled environment
• Manage AI environments, including access controls, permissions
• Establish guidelines for handling PHI
• Monitor usage, performance
• Maintain auditability and traceability of AI workflows
• Build internal AI capability
• Ensure core knowledge and capabilities are retained in-house, even when working with external vendors
• Support training and enablement of AI across staff
• Manage centralized library of prompts, skills and best practices

Do you have experience in Operating systems?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Has 1-3 years of development experience.

• Has a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Node.js, Python)
• Strong logical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into automated workflows
• Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude
• Understanding of fundamental IT support concepts (operating systems, networking, common troubleshooting)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) or API integrations
• Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, ES6).
• Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL)
• Familiarity with software best practice: Git, version control, clean code principles.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
