Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Epic is certified in both Cupid and Radiant modules

8-10 years of hands-on experience working with Epic Radiant/Cupid

Proven experience with multiple full-cycle Epic implementations

Strong understanding of clinical workflows, system configuration, testing, and support

Experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical teams

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Epic Lumens is highly preferred

Healthcare industry experience within hospital or large health system environments

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour

  • Epic Radiant/Cupid Analyst: 8 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Epic certified in Cupid (Required)
  • Epic certified in Radiant (Required)
