- Analyze, configure, build, test, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic Cupid applications.
- Translate clinical workflows into effective Epic solutions while partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Support system optimization initiatives and application enhancements.
- Participate in clinical workflow analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Lead meetings, facilitate working sessions, and communicate technical solutions to clinical and IT teams.
- Ensure system changes support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with third-party application teams, including PACS, as needed.
- Document configurations, workflows, testing results, and support activities.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Application Analyst to join a dynamic healthcare IT team supporting complex clinical systems. This is a fully remote opportunity for a highly skilled Epic professional who can work independently, collaborate with clinical stakeholders, and immediately contribute to ongoing optimization and implementation efforts.
This is a hands-on analyst role focused on Epic application build, configuration, and support. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision., * Current Epic Cupid Certification (required).
- Multiple Epic certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Epic application build experience.
- 5-6+ years of hospital-based Epic analyst experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
- Ability to work independently without additional training or mentorship.
- Experience configuring, testing, supporting, and optimizing Epic applications in a complex healthcare environment.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications., * Experience supporting Cardiology PACS or PACS integrations.
- Additional Epic certifications.
- Clinical or healthcare IT background.
- Experience with system integrations and clinical workflow optimization.
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare IT experience will be considered.
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
Experience:
- Epic application build expierence: 5 years (Required)
- Hospital-based Epic Analyst: 6 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Current Epic Cupid Certification (Required)
