Applications Engineer

The Applications Engineer serves as a key technical resource, bridging the gap between customers, sales, and engineering teams. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, developing tailored equipment solutions, preparing proposals, and ensuring technical accuracy throughout the sales and project development process. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical or automation background and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, customer-focused solutions., * Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate customer needs and develop technical proposals for custom packaging solutions.

• Design and recommend equipment configurations that meet application requirements.
• Prepare detailed equipment specifications and proposals.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and occasional on-site evaluations.
• Provide technical support during project handoff and throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Do you have experience in CAD software?, * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical customers.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
