• 3-5+ years of experience in network security support or endpoint connectivity support (L2 level)

• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting VPN and secure access clients, including:

• Cisco AnyConnect
• Zscaler (ZIA and/or ZCC)

• Strong experience troubleshooting end-user connectivity issues across:

• Windows and macOS environments
• VPN connectivity, authentication, and proxy-related issues
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across the endpoint * network security stack (client configuration, connectivity, policy impact)
• Experience working in a ticket-based support environment, including prioritization and user communication
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues with minimal escalation

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting or administering Zscaler policies or configurations
• Exposure to firewall platforms (e.g., Check Point) for basic troubleshooting and escalation support
• Familiarity with load balancing or proxy infrastructure (e.g., F5 BIG-IP)
• General understanding of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals as it relates to connectivity troubleshooting
