SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled German SAP Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and administrating SAP Payroll solutions to meet our clients’ needs. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Payroll processes.
• Unleash your expertise by analyzing, consulting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge HR business process applications.
• Lead engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops to empower end-users.
• Work synergistically with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless payroll system integration.
• Continuously explore and master the latest SAP Payroll technologies and industry best practices.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP payroll for Germany and thorough knowledge of German labor and tax regulations.
• Fluent in German (B2/C1 level) and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Ambitious, eager to learn, and strongly customer-oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• SAP certification, knowledge of German SAP Cloud Payroll, and ABAP coding skills are a plus.
