CTO Remote

This is a CTO position where you will lead both technology and organization as a core management team member. With a highly skilled team currently consisting of four full-time engineers, you will experience the thrill of scaling both the product and the organization from the ground up. You will be deeply involved in executive-level technical decision-making, from formulating technical strategies and designing product architectures to building an AI-native framework.

** Tools Used **

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Chakra UI

• Backend: Kotlin (Ktor), PostgreSQL, Redis

• Infrastructure: Google Cloud (primarily Cloud Run)

• Other: Generative AI (e.g., Claude)

• Minimum Requirements

• Experience as a technical leader such as CTO, VPoE, or EM.

• Full-stack development experience in SaaS/Web products.

• Experience in product development collaborating with PdMs and designers.

• Experience in recruitment and organizational development within an engineering team.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing BtoB SaaS products.

• Frontend development experience using React and TypeScript.

• Cloud infrastructure design experience with GCP or AWS.

• Experience developing products utilizing AI/LLMs.

• CTO position at a rapidly growing Series A startup that has achieved 10x revenue growth.
• Development of an innovative demo platform adopted by numerous leading enterprise SaaS companies.
