Job description

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading defense program supporting USSTRATCOM’s Global Strike and Product Support (GSPS2) initiative and is seeking Software Engineers (Level II & III) to develop next-generation mission planning and decision-support systems used by the Intelligence, Global Strike, and Nuclear Planning communities.

This is not another commercial application. You’ll work on cutting-edge software modernization efforts that contribute to national security while solving some of the most complex engineering challenges in the world.

What You’ll Be Doing: Design, develop, and test full-stack Java web applications supporting national defense missions Collaborate within Agile and DevSecOps teams to deliver modern software solutions Build and maintain RESTful services and enterprise-level applications Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration efforts Work closely with government stakeholders and program leadership Contribute to modernization initiatives involving cloud, cybersecurity, AI integration, and mission systems, React, Angular, Vue, or Ext JS GitLab, Jenkins, Gradle, Git JUnit, Selenium REST APIs, JSON, XML Eclipse IDE Test Driven Development (TDD) JIRA and Agile project management tools Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or USSTRATCOM programs

Active Secret Clearance (TS/SCI upgrade available)
