Sr Software Engineer

As a Sr Software Engineer , You will:

• Champion engineering standards and best practices across design, development, automated testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Develop cloud-native microservices and modern event-driven solutions, including data lake and analytics platforms.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning on Azure/GCP using Infrastructure as Code.
• Adopt and influence industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with product teams and vendors to design, develop, and deploy cloud services that meet customer expectations.
• Work in globally distributed teams to deliver robust, cloud-centric solutions.
• Support deployments twice a month, ensuring smooth delivery with offset hours.
• Engage in Agile practices as part of an 8-10 person scrum team, balancing CCaaS wave delivery.
• Review and analyze multi-faceted, long-term engineering challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented scenarios.

• Java with Spring Boot.

• Contact Center industry experience (IVR/IVA, NLU/NLP, Omni-channel, CX/AX optimization with AI/ML).
• Domain Driven Design with cloud-native microservices.
• Front-end React/Redux with real-time low latency apps.
• Automated testing frameworks for Java/Python and UI microservices.
• DevOps tools (TrueCD, Jenkins, Cucumber).
• Playbooks, Vertex AI.
• Google Agent Development Kit.
• Agile environment.
• Cloud certifications (Azure/GCP).
• Full stack application development (plus).
