Business Analyst - Manhattan Active WMS

Act as the system configurator and functional expert. You will translate warehouse operational requirements into technical specifications, configure the Manhattan WMS system (WMOS, or Manhattan Active WM), and support the deployment lifecycle., * Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with warehouse supervisors, distribution center managers, and logistics stakeholders to map current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) operational workflows.

• WMS Configuration: Hands-on configuration of Manhattan WMS parameters, including put-away rules, picking waves, item slotting logic, task interleaving, and cross-docking workflows.
• System Integration: Document interface and data mapping specifications between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERPs (SAP, Oracle), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Material Handling Equipment/Warehouse Execution Systems (MHE/WES) for automated robotics or sortation lines.
• Testing & Defect Management: Write functional test cases, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), analyze logs, and troubleshoot defects with development teams.
• Go-Live & Floor Support: Travel to distribution centers to support physical implementations, map cutover activities, and author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Experience: 3-6+ years as a Supply Chain/Logistics BA with deep, hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS (Active WM preferred or WMOS).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (for data validation and querying database tables), XML/JSON (for integration mapping), and data analytics tools.
