Help Desk/IT Coordinator - Great pay! Experience required.

In this role, you will provide day-to day technical support for employees while maintaining the company’s computer systems, hardware, and software. You will troubleshoot technical issues, set up new equipment, install and maintain software, and help ensure all technology systems run efficiently across the organization., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and computer systems

• Set up and configure computers and employee workstations
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
• Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and ERP systems
• Train employees on technology and software as needed
• Maintain documentation of IT issues and system changes

• Must have 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience
• Manufacturing IT experience is a plus
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is highly preferred
• Must have proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge or experience with the following is a plus: Active Directory, VMware, and Veeam, Sage 100 or E2 Shop System, CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks)
• Comfortable working independently and supporting multiple users, strong customer service mindset
• Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize competing requests
