Junior QA Tester

We’re hiring a Junior QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team supporting our virtual care platform. This role is ideal for someone starting out in software testing who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn how to test real-world web applications used by patients, doctors, and healthcare brokers.

What You’ll Do

• Manually test new features and bug fixes across web, mobile and workflow-driven applications

• Write and execute clear, repeatable test cases based on requirements and tickets

• Log detailed, reproducible bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and supporting screenshots/logs

• Perform regression testing on existing features after changes are made

• Collaborate closely with developers and product to clarify requirements and edge cases

Any experience testing software - professional, academic, personal projects, or informal QA work all count

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to finding issues

• Clear written communication - you can describe a bug so a developer can reproduce it without guesswork

• Comfortable using a web browser’s dev tools at a basic level (or willing to learn)

• A curious, “break it before the user does” mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bitbucket, etc.)

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries

• Any exposure to test automation tools, even if just experimenting on your own
