Job description

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of the Oracle Incentive Compensation module within the HR technology framework
  • Partner with HR Technology, HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align HCM processes and data dependencies
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to validate system functionality, integrations, and data integrity
  • Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and recommend enhancements to improve system performance
  • Create and maintain documentation, governance materials, and training resources, including RACI matrices and process documentation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions in enterprise environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent education, training, or experience
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation, including at least one full lifecycle implementation or major enhancement
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workforce Compensation, Payroll, and core HCM processes, including upstream and downstream data dependencies
  • Experience leading Oracle HCM functional workstreams and supporting implementation and post-go-live activities
  • Experience defining business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM functionality, and validating solutions through SIT, UAT, and production readiness testing
  • Experience troubleshooting complex HCM integration and data issues and providing functional recommendations for resolution
  • Experience developing governance documentation, including RACI matrices, process documentation, and operational support models
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion security roles, business processes, and shared HCM data structures
