Job description

  • Prepare, coordinate, and publish product and service content for the internal newsletter
  • Independently create and design the layout of the internal newsletter
  • Plan and execute smaller internal and external communication projects
  • Take end-to-end ownership of selected communication initiatives (e.g. newsletter) as independent projects
  • Drive touchpoint communication in close collaboration with Marketing and Digital Content teams

Strategy Support:

  • Support strategic projects aimed at improving the end-to-end customer journey
  • Conduct market and trend analyses, benchmarking, and prepare executive-ready presentations
  • Contribute to concept development and assist in workshops and management documentation

Requirements

  • You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
  • Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program (Gap Year)
  • with strong interest in aviation and customer experience
  • Experience in consulting, agency work, or strategic projects is a plus
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Quick learner with a structured and independent work style
  • Very good English and German skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including strong PowerPoint skills)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex topics
