Jr Software Developer

The Jr Software Developer plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that enhance clinic operations and improve the patient experience. As a Jr Software Developer, you will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency at Pinnacle Fertility., * Support the design, development, and maintenance of internal software applications and system integrations.

• Collaborate with senior developers to implement front-end and back-end solutions that enhance clinic workflows and patient experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices.
• Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable application performance.
• Assist with data migration, API integrations, and system configuration tasks.
• Partner with QA and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
• Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Pinnacle Fertility’s technology standards, data security protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in software development (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and database management preferred.
• Basic understanding of APIs, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality code.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
