App Support Engineer (CLT, JAX, Kennesaw)

The Level 3 Engineer is a highly skilled technical professional responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues within the organization’s IT infrastructure., * Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications according to industry best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
• Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, assisting with technical development and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.
• Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards for internal use.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats relevant to the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a technical support or engineering role.
• Advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with .NET and Python development, including troubleshooting and maintaining applications built on these platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
