Job description

The Branch Supervisor will actively support the Branch Manager/Operations Manager with various tasks within the branch and its employees. Not only will this member oversee the branch, they will also oversee on-sites under the assigned branch. This role will also have a large responsibility in ensuring there is constant communication with clients, staffing specialists, on-sites, safety department and executive management team.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsibilities include but not limited to; interviewing, screening potential associates for job placement at client sites.

  2. Supervise the work of in-house employees; receptionist, staffing specialist, and on-sites.

  3. Train and ensure the team in your branch are following the operations process with onboarding, recruitment techniques, safety, workers comp and HR, proper communication with clients and associates.

  4. Process in-house payroll along with any expenses, as well as understand clients time clock systems for correct time and attendance.

  5. Ensure the branch is following operational staffing procedures and remain compliant.

Requirements

  1. Must be able to work M-F and some weekend as necessary.

  2. Extensive experience with organization and multi-tasking.

  3. Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills is a must.

  4. Bi-lingual English and Spanish is a must.

  5. Strong negotiation skills along with interpersonal skills.

  6. Ability to travel occasionally (Domestic), drive to customer or branch location as necessary.

  7. Must be self-motivated, results, and action driven.

  8. Excellent in problem solving and conflict management skills.

  9. Computer use MS Office, Google Sheets, Internet, Social Media.

  10. Document and report issues immediately with Branch Manager, Safety and HR

  11. Communicate: effectively with management, customers and all employees.
