Data Center Lead Technician

• Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure
• Lead crew, assign tasks, and oversee daily project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Perform cable pulling, terminations, labeling, and testing (copper and fiber)
• Troubleshoot network cabling and patch equipment as needed
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve project issues
• Maintain documentation, track progress, and submit crew timesheets

• Experience with low-voltage cabling, copper and fiber
• Ability to lead 1-5 technicians
• Knowledge of cable pulling, terminations, testing, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read floor plans and technical drawings
• Understanding of safety standards and data center environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
