Data Center Foreman

• Supervise onsite network infrastructure and cabling projects while supporting the Project Manager.
• Lead multiple crews, manage labor, monitor project milestones, and maintain productivity.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers, QA/QC specialists, and trade contractors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Oversee site safety, customer standards, project documentation, and material requirements.
• Mentor team leads, recommend training, and support new deployments, live-site work, and technology upgrades.

• 5+ years of experience installing structured cabling technologies, rack infrastructure, and managing large-scale build projects
• Experience leading crews and managing projects
• Knowledge of copper/fiber installs and troubleshooting
• Ability to read blueprints and manage timelines
• Certified Cabling Test Technician (CFTT), Certified Fiber Installer (CFI), or equivalent certification (BICSI/FOA)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
