AI Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 9+ years of experience in software/automation engineering, with at least 2 years in team leadership or significant technical delivery
• Proven ability to architect automation solutions and manage the development team
• Experience owning delivery commitments within consulting, managed services, or direct client engagements
• Strong commercial awareness, including estimation, utilization, and scope management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in managed or professional services, including pre-sales or proposal contributions
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow or platform/cloud architectures
• Demonstrated leadership skills that enhance team capabilities and promote engineering excellence

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly focused on automation and AI solutions
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and maintaining strong client relationships

Other Requirements:

• Remote work arrangement with a commitment to MST hours
• Initial travel required during the first three months, approximately once a month, to client site in Albuquerque, NM
• Certifications in Tableau, AWS, or similar technologies are advantageous
