Job description
- Work with clients and sales team to rigorously scope and communicate project requirements.
- Design, implement and update plans and documentation to support the project.
- Work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues across the business.
- Record and communicate progress to the client and Head of Client Project Management accordingly.
- Identify, communicate and mitigate project risks using āRAIDā methodology.
- Ensure delivery of projects to the agreed plan on time.
- Complete a review and debrief of each project to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that all technical work is rigorously tested to the agreed plans prior to sites being released to clients.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement on implementation plans and processes.
- Work to maximise overall client adoption of the travel programme from day one through system training with support from Marketing, Sales & Account Management teams.
- Understand the commercial positioning of each new account and ensure this is maximised during the implementation process with services, products and initiatives proposed to the client wherever possible.
- Work with the sales and account management teams, where appropriate, on client meetings and presentations to promote the project implementation process and overall message of Gray Dawes.
- Work with colleagues across the business to deliver solutions to solve problems and matters arising.
- Promote company supplier relations policies.
Requirements
- Experience in managing end to end implementation or delivery of products
- Experience in working with cross functional teams
- Experience in delivering projects within agreed timelines
- Experience in project delivery frameworks (eg PRINCE2)
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of implementation processes and change management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams and departments
- Flexibility to meet project deadlines and implementation schedules
- Willingness to travel to meet clients if required and attend internal meetings
- Professional project management certificate
