SAP Project Manager (Cloud / SAP / ServiceNow) | Fully Remote

Our client, SAP National Security Services, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage multiple customer onboarding projects across a range of cloud services and SAP products. You will work within a cross-functional environment, communicating project status, risks, and issues to all levels of management while driving solutions and maintaining PMO standards., * Manage large-scale technical projects covering cross-functional teams including technical planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance

• Oversee customer onboarding of various SAP products across multiple cloud services and hyperscalers
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues in a timely manner to stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and all levels of management
• Manage Change Control, Issues, and Risks to ensure timely project delivery, including risk assessments, roadblock identification, and driving mitigations
• Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve project management methodologies and influence organizational process improvement
• Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
• Produce various reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and ServiceNow
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and project documentation

This is a fully remote, senior-level role for a process-oriented, highly analytical PM who is comfortable with both waterfall and agile methodologies and can manage competing priorities under pressure. Knowledge of cloud environments and SAP applications is essential. • 5 or more years of technical project and program management experience
• 3 or more years of experience in cloud, IT operations, software engineering, or systems engineering
• 3 or more years of experience within an SAP environment
• Strong proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project
• Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with highly technical cross-functional teams
• Clear understanding of business process and cloud technical requirements for SaaS technologies
• Ability to manage and shift priorities quickly and effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality results

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceNow including reporting, queries, and automation
• Knowledge of SAP applications and SAP onboarding processes
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud reporting
• Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
