Sound Recording and Reproduction Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) RSA Archer Platform Servicenow

Monitor adherence to regulated voice recording governance policies and standards.
Maintain governance frameworks, documentation, and compliance records.
Perform compliance reviews and operational control assessments.
Coordinate audit evidence collection and remediation tracking.
Maintain retention schedules and records-management documentation.
Facilitate governance review meetings and executive reporting.
Support legal hold, retention, and eDiscovery governance processes.
Track governance exceptions and compliance risks through closure.
Develop compliance scorecards, dashboards, and metrics.
Support vendor governance and performance reviews.

3-7 years in governance, compliance, audit, risk management, or operational oversight roles.
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or banking.
Knowledge of communications recording governance and compliance principles.
Experience supporting audits, controls testing, and remediation programs.
Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills., * NICE NTRX or regulated recording program experience.
Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, SOX, PCI, NIST, or COBIT frameworks.
Experience with ServiceNow or GRC platforms.
Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Information Governance, or related field., * Governance, compliance, audit, risk management: 3 years (Required)
Regulated industries such as financial services or banking: 3 years (Preferred)
Audits, controls testing, and remediation programs: 3 years (Required)
