Microsoft Systems Engineer (M365 / Intune)

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 / Azure Engineer to support and enhance secure, enterprise-level Microsoft environments. This role is focused on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and identity security within a high-compliance environment.

This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for managing Microsoft cloud technologies, device management, and secure infrastructure across both cloud and on-prem environments., * Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
• Configure and support Azure AD (Entra ID), identity, and access management
• Implement and manage security policies including Conditional Access and Defender
• Support device lifecycle management including provisioning, compliance, and security
• Maintain and support Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
• Assist with network connectivity including VPNs and secure access solutions
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST and CMMC
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and endpoint issues

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management
• Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and identity management
• Strong understanding of security best practices (Conditional Access, MFA, Defender)
• Experience working in secure or regulated environments (NIST, CMMC, etc.)
• 5+ years of IT or infrastructure experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC High environments
• Azure infrastructure and cloud networking experience
• Experience with VPNs, firewalls, or network infrastructure
• Microsoft or industry certifications (Azure, M365, etc.)
