Part-Time Project Manager - Kiosk & Software Deployments

Win Win Operations is seeking a Part-Time Project Manager - Kiosk & Software Deployments to oversee the deployment of IGT-Everi promotional kiosks and supporting software across a portfolio of properties in Wyoming. This is a remote position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive project manager with experience coordinating multi-site technology deployments, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Manage the planning and execution of kiosk and software deployments across multiple Wyoming properties.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and implementation activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues or risks.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure deployments are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
• Maintain project documentation and implementation records.
• Support continuous process improvements throughout the deployment lifecycle.

SCHEDULE OF WORK

• Part-time
• Approximately 20 hours per week.
• Flexible remote schedule during normal business hours.
• Occasional meetings may be scheduled based on project needs.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

• Remote.
• Candidates must be able to effectively support deployments at properties located throughout Wyoming.

• Experience managing technology implementation or deployment projects.
• Strong project planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project schedules.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Experience with kiosk deployments, gaming technology, hospitality, or software implementations is a plus.
