Job description
The Salesforce Solutions Designing Expert will lead the design and delivery of comprehensive Salesforce Government Cloud solutions for public-sector programs in Raleigh, NC. This role involves architecting scalable, maintainable applications aligned with program goals, technical standards, and security requirements, while leveraging both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Lead integration designs, blueprinting, and configuration strategies for Salesforce solutions.
- Architect low-code solutions and design reusable, scalable application components.
- Optimize business processes and apply human-centered design and Lightning experience best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders to plan and execute updates and deliverables.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to define requirements, evaluate options, and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Provide technical leadership by establishing development standards, mentoring junior developers, and conducting peer code reviews.
- Review Salesforce seasonal release notes to assess impacts on existing systems and integrations.

Requirements
- Expertise in Salesforce Government Cloud solution design and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities.
- Experience with integration design and low-code architecture.
- Proven ability to lead technical discovery and requirements gathering sessions.
- Technical leadership experience including mentoring and code review.
- Familiarity with Salesforce release management and impact analysis.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with public-sector or government-related Salesforce programs.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation within Salesforce environments.
- Certification in Salesforce Architecture or advanced Salesforce certifications.
- Familiarity with human-centered design and Lightning experience best practices.

- Role supports mission-critical public-sector programs requiring high reliability and compliance.
