Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

The Salesforce Solutions Designing Expert will lead the design and delivery of comprehensive Salesforce Government Cloud solutions for public-sector programs in Raleigh, NC. This role involves architecting scalable, maintainable applications aligned with program goals, technical standards, and security requirements, while leveraging both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities. Responsibilities:

• Lead integration designs, blueprinting, and configuration strategies for Salesforce solutions.
• Architect low-code solutions and design reusable, scalable application components.
• Optimize business processes and apply human-centered design and Lightning experience best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders to plan and execute updates and deliverables.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to define requirements, evaluate options, and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by establishing development standards, mentoring junior developers, and conducting peer code reviews.
• Review Salesforce seasonal release notes to assess impacts on existing systems and integrations.
