The role involves leading development teams, designing scalable backend systems, and ensuring high-quality code delivery., * Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot

• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions
• Guide and mentor development teams, promoting best coding practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
• Review code, conduct technical discussions, and drive continuous improvement

• Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience:

• 7+ years in software development with 2+ years in a leadership role

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.77/hour - $71.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
