ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development experience, expertise in ITSM modules, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams., * Lead the design and development of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

• Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Develop workflows, integrations, and platform customizations.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and production issues.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and governance.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
• Experience with ITSM modules and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills., * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Agile methodologies.
