Requirements

  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data model, security framework, and configuration capabilities.
  • Experience with:
  • Compensation and Workforce Compensation cycles
  • Performance and Goal Management
  • Succession Planning and Talent Review
  • Career Development and Growth
  • Oracle Fast Formulas
  • HCM Extracts
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
  • Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, or Absence Management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and complex compensation programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and DevOps best practices.
