  • Support annual plan implementations, governance activities, audits, compliance requirements, and global deployment initiatives.
  • Lead and develop team members while maintaining a strong understanding of platform capabilities, business processes, and operational activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years supporting incentive compensation, sales compensation operations, compensation technology, or related business applications.
  • Proven background administering or supporting a Sales Performance Management (SPM), incentive compensation, commission management, or comparable enterprise platform.
  • Hands-on knowledge configuring calculations, business rules, workflows, reporting, and data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive work to completion with minimal direction.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Sales, and business leadership.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:
