Oracle Fusion - HCM Cloud SME Expert

• Assisting with regression testing activities;
• Completing the transition to Redwood pages;
• Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting Oracle Fast Formulas for validations and absence rules.

• A Minimum of 3 project references proving Hands-on functional expertise in setting up Core HR in Oracle Fusion - HCM Cloud with experience in at least three of the below Oracle Fusion - HCM Cloud modules, * A minimum of 5 years business analyst experience demonstrating experience with review and optimization of human resource processes.

Desirable:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting or a similar recruitment application;
• Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programs;
• Experience with public sector entities and/or international organisations.
