Senior Project Manager - Power BI & BI Delivery for NATO with security clearance

NATO runs its business analytics on Microsoft Power BI, and the agency behind it needs a seasoned project manager to lead that delivery. You’ll take Power BI projects end-to-end - plans, milestones, budgets, risks and stakeholders - steering multidisciplinary teams to turn data into the dashboards and reporting the Alliance runs on.

This is senior delivery leadership in a demanding, multinational environment. You’ll own the plan and the governance around it, coordinate business users, data owners, developers and architects, keep risks and decisions tracked, and carry projects cleanly through to transition and closure. What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate NATO Power BI projects, work packages and delivery activities
• Build and control project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependencies
• Track performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk baselines
• Maintain risk, issue, action, dependency and decision logs
• Produce status reports, dashboards, senior briefings and governance/decision papers
• Support budget monitoring, forecasting and resource planning
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams; manage change control, acceptance and closure

• 7+ years managing business-application and BI projects for a large organisation
• Senior PM experience, ideally in NATO, defence, government or complex ICT environments
• Full project lifecycle experience - initiation through closure
• Experience leading BI, analytics, reporting or Power BI projects
• Strong scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder management
• Confidence coordinating business users, data owners, developers and suppliers
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A project management certification - PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, Agile, Scrum or SAFe
• Nice to have: NATO/NCI Agency experience, Power BI, ServiceNow/SharePoint/Teams, ITIL
• An active NATO Secret clearance (must already be in place to apply)
