Job description
Ensure stable day-to-day support for retail applications in France, with a strong focus on issue resolution, user support and service continuity for stores and business teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide first-line functional support for retail application incidents and requests in France.
- Coordinate issue resolution with business users and adjacent IT teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail operations, facilitating cross-functional alignment between stores, business teams and IT.
- Monitor recurring issues and propose practical improvements to support quality and service performance.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, known issues and support routines to reduce key-person dependency.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in retail application support, ideally with Cegid Y2 or Shopify.
- Hands-on, service-oriented and comfortable working close to store operations.
- Structured, solution-oriented and able to prioritize incidents and requests effectively.
Hard Skills
- Understanding of basic database architecture and data management concepts.
- Familiarity with functional data flows and retail application processes.
- Basic understanding of standard retail store infrastructure models.
- SQL knowledge recommended.
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and Lean project management methodologies.
Soft Skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong focus on end users and store teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and practical approach to incident resolution.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in French and English.
- Strong stakeholder management across store managers, district and area managers, infrastructure and IT teams.
