The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s data and exams function., * Managing and maintaining accurate student data using SIMS

• Supporting attendance, census returns, reporting, and timetable updates
• Coordinating all aspects of internal and external examinations
• Liaising with examination boards, invigilators, and senior leadership
• Producing reports and data analysis for staff and leadership teams
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and school data procedures
• Providing administrative support to the wider school office when required

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Data and Exams Administrator to join a successful all-girls secondary school in Reading on a full-time basis., * Fully experienced in a Data and Exams Administrator role within a school setting

• Fully experienced in using SIMS, including student records, attendance, reporting, timetables, and data management
• Experienced in coordinating internal and external examinations, entries, timetables, results, and compliance procedures
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Confident working independently and managing a busy workload
• Professional, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and external agencies
• Available to start the position as soon as possible
