• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting issues, and inquiries about features and functionalities.
• Provide detailed guidance on health tracking, device syncing, and application usage to enhance the customer experience.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with our technical support team to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Fitbit product developments and health technology trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred, especially in technology or consumer products.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to connect with customers effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous.
