• Champion the Fitness & Wellness industry standards by resolving complex inquiries related to health data, activity tracking, and device synchronization.
• Deliver personalized troubleshooting solutions, ensuring optimal user experience and high customer satisfaction scores.
• Educate users on the advanced health monitoring features of Fitbit products to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with international teams to identify trends in user hardware or software issues, providing feedback to improve future product iterations.
