Quality Data Analyst FOCUS N

This role is responsible for providing in-depth data analytics to support site and system quality projects, initiatives, or reporting requirements. This position will have data management, coordination, analysis and reporting responsibilities with the goal of delivering timely, efficient and effective data and information to various departments and leaders to drive the improvement of quality and patient safety across the organization.

• Bachelors’ degree in Healthcare Informatics; Information Management; Business Healthcare Administration; Business; or equivalent field is required
• Masters degree in data science or data analytics preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Three years of experience in healthcare related data reporting and/or analysis
• Five years of experience in healthcare work environment preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional skills related to leading by example, organization, prioritization, organizational integration and coordination
• Computer proficiency to generate reports and collect data
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Embraces improvements and creative thinking
